VITA: Energy and Well-being is a UX design project developed during the 'Project and Critique II' course at the University of Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
This project targets individuals aged 20 to 35 who work from home and struggle with fatigue, low energy, and demotivation due to a sedentary lifestyle and stress. The solution involves a monthly subscription to VITA, which provides science-based habits and activities, such as getting sunlight in the morning and drinking 2 liters of water daily, to help users improve their well-being. The project includes a set of cards with challenges and tips, a calendar to track progress, and additional resources to support mental health and productivity
Below, you can find a detailed summary of the project, outlining the problem, target users, and the proposed solution.
